  2. Confirmed facts: record only verified actions, forms of support, and public information.

  3. Pending confirmation: identify partners, timing, budgets, permissions, or delivery conditions still to be verified.

  4. Next step: describe the work being prepared without presenting plans as results.

  5. Privacy boundary: information and images involving children, families, or volunteers require appropriate authorization before publication.
