Program System

Health, Growth, and Connection form three pathways for accountable, safeguarded, and documented charitable work.

Three Core Programs

HGC's work is organized into three connected systems. Items below include completed foundations, current preparation, and future plans. Availability requires a formal project announcement.

H — Health

Practical needs related to rehabilitation, assessment, care, and essential materials. HGC has supported material purchases and is preparing further family-support mechanisms.

G — Growth

Inclusive education, art, music, and community participation designed to support expression, learning, and inclusion after professional and safety review.

C — Connection

Public education, volunteer service, and partnerships connecting families, schools, professionals, and communities. HGC has supported Light It Up Blue.

Program Portfolio and Status

Each program sits within HGC's long-term plan. A named concept is not necessarily open, and roadmap goals are not completed impact.

Before a Program Starts

Every planned program must meet these minimum conditions, with stricter review for work involving children, health data, or professional services.

    Partners and qualifications

Confirm legal entities, professional capability, roles, and compliance conditions.

  2. 02

    Child and family protection

Confirm safety, consent, media use, data handling, and onsite care.

  3. 03

    Evidence and professional boundaries

Review sources, qualifications, and service claims; exploratory activities are not presented as treatment.

  4. 04

    Budget and funding

Confirm sources, permitted use, documentation, and disclosure boundaries.

  5. 05

    Records and feedback

Define action records, stage updates, and public reporting before launch.
