U.S. Nonprofit Organization

U.S. activities are conducted through the independently registered HGC Foundation nonprofit structure. Tax status, deductibility, address, and governance documents will be disclosed after publication review.

First-Phase Commitment

The first phase includes a planned USD 1 million commitment. The website will distinguish completed funding, planned allocation, and future fundraising, with details subject to formal project disclosure.

Governance Responsibilities

HGC separates major decisions, daily coordination, program delivery, and finance and compliance responsibilities. Individual names will be disclosed after publication authorization.

Governance and Responsibility

HGC's public communication, project execution, and fund use will be guided by truthfulness, respect, science, transparency, and long-term responsibility. Planned work should not be presented as completed impact.

The China charitable structure and U.S. nonprofit organization each follow the rules and compliance requirements of their jurisdiction.

Public fundraising, project donations, receipts, or tax information should follow confirmed official channels.

Project launch and fund-use information should gradually form public records and feedback when conditions are ready.

Formal registered names, donation links, partner organizations, and receipt arrangements are disclosed only after the relevant records and publication authority have been verified.
