HGC Foundation Establishes China and U.S. Public-Interest Structures

HGC Foundation is a family-founded charitable platform focused on autistic children and their families. At this stage, HGC's priority is to establish a clear organizational foundation, factual action records, and responsible plans rather than overstate its scale.

Based on currently confirmed information, charitable and nonprofit structures have been established in China and the United States. Future activities will be developed through these structures and will follow the applicable requirements in each jurisdiction.

Current Status

• Completed: charitable and nonprofit structures have been established in China and the United States.
• In progress: HGC is reviewing public information, mapping partners, preparing volunteer processes, and developing project record methods.
• Future plan: the first-phase support plan is USD 1 million. Activities supporting autistic children and their families will advance as program requirements are confirmed.

Before more detailed program information is released, HGC must confirm complete public wording for the China charitable structure, U.S. nonprofit information approved for publication, partner organizations, donation and documentation arrangements, and authorization boundaries for activity photographs and participant information.
